We offer many services on this site, please further read the information on each service before scheduling an appointment. If you have any questions you may go ahead and contact us directly via email, message or call us for a fast response.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book a service, if there is no deposit there is no service. The amount will vary depending on the service you choose. The remaining balance could be due in Cash, Debit/Credit Card, or Zelle.
Rescheduling will only be accepted if done 48hrs prior to original appointment. Booking fee is transferable for up to (1) rescheduled appointment if completed within 48 hours prior to service, if it is not requested within the 48 hours deposit will be lost and a new deposit will have to be placed. You may manage your appointment through your confirmation link within this time frame. Appointment alterations needed with less than 48hours prior to your service must contact us directly by calling our work number listed below or sending us an email or message directly from our site. We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Late arrivals exceeding the 10 minute grace period will NOT be accommodated in order to avoid further delays and will need to schedule a new appointment. Please make sure to arrive on time as all services require a brief consultation prior to starting. To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, safety considerations, and limited space, we do NOT allow children in the spa with another adult or without. Please, NO extra guests.
